Access to complex wound management services

Woundcare4Heroes are available to assist you with the following:  
Advice and support Woundcare4Heroes are available in an advisory capacity or to support you in the planning or delivery of care following traumatic injury.
Assistance with rapid referrals Woundcare4Heroes will implement the Veterans' Covenant and support swift referrals to appropriate specialities for ongoing surgery / support / equipment. 
Patient support and information Woundcare4Heroes can also provide support directly to your veterans and their families or carers regarding their care pathway.
