Fundraising tips

Helpful tipsInvestigate match giving:

Could your employer match what you raise, pound for pound? Lots of companies have match giving schemes so make sure you ask.

Gift Aid it:

Through gift aid, everytime someone donates £1, we can claim an extra 25p from the government as long as they are a UK tax payer.

Make it personal:

Explain to your family and friends why you are supporting WC4H. Send them links to our website and let them know about our work. Your passion and enthhusiasm will rub off on them.

Keep it safe and legal:

Be sure to follow our guidelines as it is your responsibility to be safe and legal at all times.

Social media:

Tweet it, post it! Shout it from the rooftops and let everyone know what you're doing.

Tell us about it:

We'd love to hear about it and give you help and support. Get in touch by calling 07972 853842 or email fundraising@woundcare4heroes.org.uk.

Thank everyone:

Be sure to thank your supporters and keep them updated on how your fundraising is going.
