Specialist wound care to rebuild the lives of physically injured ex-service men and women
Fundraising week 2018

Woundcare4Heroes Week – 7th to 14th April 2019

10.10.2018
Woundcare4Heroes is planning its first Woundcare4Heroes week - seven days of fundraising and awareness raising which will run from April 7 to 14, 2019.

Whether you run, walk, cycle, play football, knit or bake – there are lots of fun ways to raise money. With your help, we can improve the lives of veterans, young and old, who need specialist wound care.

If you are organising your own activity, or taking part in an event, we would love to hear from you. We may be able to help with T-shirts, stickers or collecting tins. Please get in touch by emailing enquiries@woundcare4heroes.org.uk

We will post regular updates on our fundraising week on this website as well as our Facebook and Twitter pages.

“This special week will give a new focus to our fundraising and awareness raising,” said Woundcare4Heroes chief executive and founder Claire Stephens.

“In 2019, it will be seven years since our charity was set up to help provide ongoing wound care for injured ex-service men and women.

“I’m proud to say Woundcare4Heroes has made a real difference to those we have been privileged to help, for example managing amputations, lymphoedema and severe burns, however we are only a small charity and to grow and support more veterans, we need extra funding.”

Whatever you choose to do THANK YOU! For more information on fundraising see www.woundcare4heroes.org.uk/support-us/fundraising
